Water Softener adalah sistem filtrasi yang menggunakan media resin kation berfungsi menghilangkan kesadahan (Ca dan Mg). Water Softener ini perlu dilakukan regenerasi pada saat media telah jenuh atau tidak mampu lagi menurunkan kesadahan dengan cara merendam atau mengaliri dengan larutan garam.
